On August 21st, 2024, the Superior Court of California (County of Alameda) entered a judgment against Kevin Joseph Heslin based upon financial elder abuse and other causes of action.

Enforcement action is also being taken against the co-judgment debtors in this case: Ramin Yeganeh, Ali David Abayachi, and Elm Home LLC.
